Cleveland Cleaning was awarded the contract for providing Cleaning Services at Meeting Point House in February 2005. Meeting Point House is a large 3 storey building which provides office accommodation for various organisations, meeting and conference facilities a coffee shop and a chapel.

I would strongly recommend Cleveland as a company that provides an excellent quality and cost effective service that has been responsive to all of our cleaning needs.

They were originally appointed to provide day to day cleaning of the interior of the building but I now use them for our window cleaning and carpet cleaning requirements. All work is carried out with a minimum of fuss at times convenient to us and that do not disrupt the smooth running of the building.

In my experience all members of their work force are hard working, friendly and efficient. They have a real "can do" attitude and take a genuine pride in their work.

The quality/standards of the service are regularly monitored by Cleveland's management and me and we have not experienced any difficulties whatsoever and developed an excellent working relationship.
